About the Wines

Collet Champagne is in the Village of Ay, and is a well-respected champagne house. 

Language of Yes is a project of Randall Graham, one of the original Rhone Rangers. He has a cult following.

Miles is one of the biggest names in Madeira, and the Vintage line is impressive, and pairs well with winter season desserts.
